In the performance parameters of LED transparent display products, many people pay more attention to the color, brightness, chip, power supply, IC, and other issues of the display screen, while few people pay attention to the anti-static performance of LED transparent display screens. Static electricity has a significant impact on electronic products, sometimes even fatal.
To minimize the harm of static electricity to LED displays, manufacturers, distributors, and customers must strictly adhere to the ESD20.20 standard during production, transportation, and use. The direct discharge of static electricity through wires to the ground during the production process is the most direct and effective anti-static measure.

1、 The source of static electricity: Static electricity is a type of static charge that is generally concentrated on the surface or surface of an object. The initial phase of an object is electrically neutral. When two objects rub, the heat generated stimulates the movement of internal charges and accumulates on the surface of the object, generating static electricity. If it is a conductor, charges are easy to flow and quickly return to electrical neutrality. Therefore, friction is mainly the way insulators generate static electricity. The static power sources that affect the circuit mainly include the human body, plastic products, and related equipment. Static power sources from the usage environment include objects and materials; Floors, workstations, and chairs; Packaging containers; Painted or waxed surfaces; Organic and fiberglass materials; Concrete flooring; Painted or waxed floors; Plastic floor tiles or leather flooring; coverall; Non conductive work shoes; Clean cotton work clothes; Plastic, box, box, bag, tray, foam lining.
2、 Anti static measures: Utilize personnel from static sensitive circuits to receive training on static electricity knowledge and related technologies; Establish an anti-static work area, using anti-static flooring, anti-static workstations, anti-static grounding wires, and anti-static equipment within the area, with a relative humidity controlled at 40 or above; LED transparent display screen is a device that is sensitive to static electricity. During the production process, workers need to wear grounding static wristbands. Especially during the process of cutting legs, inserting parts, debugging and welding, monitoring, etc., quality personnel must conduct static tests on the bracelet at least every two hours and keep test records. Require copper wire grounding in the production environment, such as floors, walls, and ceilings used in certain occasions, which should use anti-static materials.
3、 Transportation and packaging: LED transparent screen products should be stored in anti-static bags or containers during daily operations. Prevent static electricity at the transportation end. During transportation, the transport vehicle should be grounded, and the box or other equipment should carry conductive wheels or trailers. When touching LED products, maintain the correct handling method and do not directly contact the PCB and electronic components on it.
Mastering anti-static knowledge can help improve the production efficiency of LED transparent display products and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.
